The main use is the polenta as well as in the preparation of various dishes, as a substitute for bread, and in some regions, such as soup and Italian food. It goes well with cheese, salami, sausages, meats, fish and legumes.
It does not contain gluten, unlike flour for precooked polenta.
Words like O.G.M. and chemical fertilizers are absolutely unknown.
