Colombara IGT

This great white wine is obtained from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes. The selection of the time of harvest, the particular technique of pressing the whole grape and the fermentation process at a supervised temperature are all important factors that contribute to giving this wine a rich bouquet. One year ageing in barrels mellows the flavours and causes the bouquet to evolve from a perfume reminiscent of exotic fruits, vanilla and honey. Great with fish and asian food.
