LA CHIARA Gavi DOCG 2013 del comune di Gavi

This small estate's low yields give this wine a juicy, honey-like core. Add the Cortese grape's apple-like freshness, and you have a standard bearer for Gavi, Piedmont's most famous dry white.Straw yellow coloured wine with greenish hints. It offers itself to refined notes with pleasant fruity and floral sensations. It shows an excellent taste-smell equilibrium with a light and balanced structure, fresh, full-flavoured and with a good persistence. ABV 12,5%.

Pairing: Hors d'oeuvre, fresh cheese, white meat and fish.
